1 Sylable Chip Story

For my collaborative piece I chose the one sylable story. Anna and I wrote this together in class. The purpose of this assignment was to only use one sylable per word. Check out Anna's blog, it's far out!

I am an old chip on a shelf. I fell out one day, out of a bag. And no one has seen me since. No one was cared. So I lay here on the shelf and think and lay and think some more. One day, a bug flew on top of me. He smelled me and licked me. I felt loved. I could tell he cared! Then when I thought my life had turned good, his mouth got big. So big that it was my size. Then he took a bite. And he ate, ate, and ate. I felt the warmth of his breath. Then he shoved me down his throat. I had lost his trust. I wished I could go back to the shelf. But now I have no life, and I’m just a pile of poop.
